The Connecticut Hospital Association Compensation Survey covers Top and Middle Management, and Non-Management positions.   The survey is sponsored by the CHA and the Connecticut Healthcare Human Resources Association.   Eight data cuts are provided for the acute-care data along with separate data cuts for long-term care, home care, and other.   The survey also has an extensive pay policy section.
