SHHRPP Compensation Survey



The SHHRPP Compensation Survey includes data from the membership group regarding compensation data for 253 executive, management and staff positions.  The survey is unique in that it collects data by individual incumbent, as opposed to the organizational averages collected by traditional compensation surveys.  This methodology allows the survey to present data that is more accurate, detailed and far more reflective of the actual market.

  • over 87,121 incumbents

  • Data is effective January

  • Reporting of average pay by weighted average, average, median, and 25th and 75th percentile

  • Detailed data by position is presented for salary ranges, shift differentials, bonuses, and union prevalence

  • Matched-sample % changes for each position along with year to year comparisons for each data cut

  • 18 data cuts per title, including regional and size cuts
