Mid-Year Survey Update

The Mid-Year Survey Update is a companion to both the New England Healthcare Compensation Survey and the Boston/New England Teaching Hospital Compensation Survey.   This survey is conducted in July and focuses on 32 "hot" positions as chosen by the participants in the main survey.  This year's survey provides data based on individual incumbent salaries, as well as the traditional averages reported by each institution.   Besides the All data cut, nine regional and three size cuts are provided along with a detailed matched sample analysis of the movement in average compensation rates in the previous six and twelve month.
